He hails from Nemaragomula (V) Village, Bibinagar (M) Mandal, Yadadri District, Telangana. From a humble beginning Shri Mettu Srinivas Reddy made his mark as the most successful business professional in the realty space. Shri Mettu Srinivas Reddy brings to Siyora Properties & Developers, his proven negotiation skills, and land acquisition skills. He is the primary driving force in taking all the 13 residential plots ventures to fruition, and successful handover. He teams up with Shri Jaipal Reddy to achieve total customer delight, and everlasting value for the business. Shri Mettu Srinivas Reddy is also known for his philanthropic, social and cultural activities. His readiness to help those in need, and his sensitiveness to the plight of fellow humans is greatly evident. He constructed as well as gave donations to temples across Bibinagar and Bhuvanagiri Mandal towards highway, Yadadri District of Telangana. During the COVID-19, he and his team rose to the occasion, and distributed food, medicine and other essentials to the daily-wage laborers and migrant workers working in different locations across Hyderabad.
Shri Jaipal Reddy Gowrigari
Shri Jaipal Reddy Gowrigari is the Managing Director of Siyora Properties & Developers Pvt Ltd. He is an MSc in Chemistry, and alumni of the renowned Kakatiya University, Warangal, Telangana. For nearly a decade, he was associated with GVK Bio as a scientist. From 2013 onwards, Shri Jaipal Reddy has been working towards the development of real estate in and around Hyderabad, and Telangana. As the Managing Director of Siyora Properties & Developers Pvt Ltd, Shri Jaipal Reddy excels and offers the needful directions in Marketing, Sales, Administration, project implementations and project handover. He offers a new focus and direction to the real estate business. His cherished USP to rely on own materials, machinery and engineers. This makes him to stand tall, and create a phenomenal difference to realty business, and achieves complete customer satisfaction. Also, his insistence on direct project development work sans subcontractors ensures quality delivery, and brings each customer a complete value for investment made.
